Service Advisor

Reports to: Owner or Lead Service Advisor; Works with Shop Coordinator

The Service Advisor is the face of the dealership for service customers. It is the Service Advisor’s responsibility to present concerns and needed products, and or, services to the customer in a professional manner while adhering to the Company’s expectations, policies, and guidelines. In doing so it is expected that the Service Advisor will build rapport with the customer to promote customer satisfaction and customer retention.

Reports to: Shop Foreman or Service Manager

The General Service Technician role is a very important role at the company as it completes the maintenance and general services that the sales team sells. In addition to actually producing the work sold on customer vehicles, this role also performs the vital task of inspecting vehicles to find repairs and services that are needed on a customers vehicles which the sales team will sell to customers.

Quality Control Specialist

Reports to: Shop Foreman or Service Manager

The Quality Control Specialist is an important role in the shop that ensures that all client concerns have been addressed and that the vehicle is found in cleaner condition then when we found it. In addition this role helps make sure the shop is clean, organized, stocked and safe.
