We are asking for your help. So many businesses give a name to themselves without asking people whom they serve for their opinion. So, we’re asking for your opinion on this survey.
Background and the Problem we want to service:
We are a family owned business, located in the city of Richfield, Wisconsin. We are now in our third generation of automotive servicing.
Many of our customers have expressed the opinion that they would prefer to purchase a vehicle from someone like us whom they know. That means we would be putting our service reputation behind each offer.
That is much different than what most “used car lots” do now. Of course, a “lemon” would especially impact an Automotive service center reputation. We want to be known for offering good cars that are serviced and tested for people right here.
The name should reflect that fact. So, we’ve decided to ask you for help.
